Cancellation Policy

48-hour notice is required for all rescheduling. In less than 48 hours you will lose your deposit. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged half of your appointment fee. Your appointment deposit is non-refundable and if ever you must cancel your appointment, you can only rebook once. If you no show to your appointment (meaning not messaging to let us know you can't attend) you will be charged the full amount of your missed service. Thanks for your understanding!
